• Track the work of well site in charge timely and implement effective inspection, risks control during operation

• Assist in departments about pre-operation inspection, and other special inspections

• "Non-conformance items management" requirement:

  1) official email should be sent to the related parties about the non-conformances

  2) track the correction progress

  3) update the non-conformance records in time

Training

• Conduct training about company procedure, safety alert or incident sharing on site

• Conduct training to contractor key personal at least for one rig crew once a month

• Training records should be proper done and recorded

• Supervise the implementation of contractor's training plan

MS management

• Assist in the department with MS building and updating

• Supervise the contractorabout the works they conducted follows the company and contractor MS requirement or not，e.g. PTW, JSA, Maintenance and repair record of well control and HSE equipment & facilities, gas cylinder management regulation

Communication

• Report to Supt. about the current appearance when arrive or left the rig site

• Actively attend safety meetings if avaiable, participate in JSA and follow the PTW, give suggestions and tips for the high risk operation

• Submit weekly HSE reports, details should include:

  1) main daily work

  2) key HSE concerns

  3) HSE Control Measures (Tools)

  4) non-conformities and their rectification measures and rectification status

  5) non-compliant items that have not been rectified

• Back to office report the HSE work every month, including:

  1) major works

  2) non-conformance tracking

  3) tiraining works

  4) drills for contractors

  5) MS implementing of contractors

  6) reasonable suggestions for management

Others

• Assist in DOD office with some daily HSE works, such as:

  1) plans for training and inspection

  2) incident survey and tracking

  3) HSE reporting materials

• Participate in the drill and make conclusions, official email should be sent to contractor about the existing problem and how to make some improvement.

• Brief descripition of the main activities daily
