Responsibilities
Participate in the pre-acceptance and completion acceptance of the project
Participate in the preparation of project planning, and be responsible for the preparation of project management implementation rules
Review process drawings, including design of process flow, specification, technical specification, equipment list, material table preparation, installation drawing design and so on
Review and report to the project manager the documents submitted by the construction unit concerning the professional report
Participate in the examination and approval of construction unit qualification
Acceptance inspection, concealed work and sub-project, and participate in the acceptance of the project
Quality problems and safety accidents found in the disposal
Participate in the review and treatment of engineering changes
Organize the preparation of project management journal, participate in the preparation of project management monthly report
Collect, summarize and participate in organizing project management documents
