Responsibilities
Analyze problems that may arise during the manufacturing process and recommending solutions
the construction unit concerning the professional report
Cooperation with Design Team follow up design job as per require
Review logic and drawing done from contractor
Report system following
Verify existing Mechanical System and upgrade according to expect target
Familiar to Manufacture design logic
Meet with clients to establish their requirements for a new or existing product or mechanical system
Do calculations on the prospective machinery prior to completing the technical drawings
Work on CAD software, such as AutoCAD, to create drawing specifications in line with the needs of the client
Find out Find out the deficiencies and defects of the existing mechanical equipment system, Make recommendations based on actual needs
Creating designs in accordance with company regulations and client standards and values.
Create prototypes, testing them, and analyzing the results
Submit drawings to relevant stakeholders as well as production or construction teams
Provide support during the entire building process to ensure that the design specifications are met
Participate in the examination and approval of construction unit qualification
Acceptance inspection, concealed work and sub-project, and participate in the acceptance of the project
Quality problems and safety accidents found in the disposal
Participate in the review and treatment of engineering changes
Organize the preparation of project management journal, participate in the preparation of project management monthly report
Collect, summarize and participate in organizing project management documents
