Job Description
To provide recommendations for optimization of well construction process
Having the experience of compiling all kinds of drilling design at least five (5) years.
Having the experience of drilling more than fifty (50) wells which should be included the twenty (20) horizontal wells or the high deviated wells
Having the experience for drafting drilling salt, anhydrite, shale, and limestone formation
To supervise the maintenance work of drilling related equipment, in accordance with procedures, to ensure safe and efficient operation
Communicate effectively with the Drilling Supervisors and Drilling Engineers to ensure that all technical specifications of the Drilling Program and Base of Design are met
Provide technical trouble shooting when problems occur on the drilling rigs
Ensure that wells are drilled and completed in a manner that meets the objectives of the Reservoir, Production, and Geological departments
Technical review of all drilling programs and final well reports
Document operations risk assessments and DWOPs
Requirements
Skillful operating for Landmark software.
Having good ability for drafting outline drilling design.
Excellent ability for the operation drilling design.
Participating the review commenting drilling program before spud-in.
Skillful summarizing the technical programs according to actual drilling operation.
Having the experience for performing technical research and study.
Have the experience of tendering practice, in charge of draft technical specification and technical evaluation.
Proficient in operating Microsoft Office software, such as excel, word, PPT, and project, etc.
Preferred age limit; under the age of 50
