Ensure execution operation with compliance to Workover program
Reducing well workover time by way of optimizing process solutions
Monitor the third-party companies’HSE performance to ensure that well operations are executed safely and responsibly according to Company rules
Responsibility to inform the Workover Contractor and the Company representative in case of inadequate performance Company rules
Advise on suitable corrective action but must not take the responsibility to implement such action of directly supervise the Workover contractor personal
Where there is immediate risk to personnel, equipment or the environment, the Workover and Completion Supervisor has the right and duty to stop the work
Management and supervision at all stages of workover (WO) rig and Rigless operations, ensuring incident free as per Company's requirements
Manage daily operations meetings with workover and service contractors, discuss and communicate a daily operations plan with service contractors, discus next operation plan considering the lessons learnt on operations improvement
Monitor and keep records of materials consumption related to well workover
Ensure the Contractor's familiarization with all stages of the work program
Requirements
Degree in Drilling, Petroleum, Mining, or Mechanical Engineering with specialization in drilling/development of oil and gas wells
Valid Industry accredited Well Control for Onshore and Surface Supervisory Level: International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), International Well Control Forum (IWCF) WellCap
At least 5 years work experience in the position of Completion engineer/ Completion supervisor
Drilling/Workover/Completion/Rigless Stimulation experience with high pressure/temperature and high H2S wells (H2S >3% )
Deviated and Horizontal wells workover and completion experience
Good theoretical and practical skills in well control situations
Preferred age limit; under the age of 50
