Responsibilities
Improve and update the current ISO 9001:2008 standards to 9001:2015
Implement ISO 14001 and OSHAS 180001 systems
Plan, organize, direct and control all activities related to the quality system including meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the systems
Plan and ensure the effectiveness of internal and external quality audits
Evaluate, analyses quality issues and implements systems to identify, track, report and reduce or eliminate non-conformities
Handle customer complaints
Communicate with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations
Monitor and ensure compliance with all quality, health and safety environment legislation
Prepare documentation and key performance indicators by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in her/his field of competencies
Lead QHSE team to assist Company to inspection all activities
