Responsibilities
Putting ESP operated Wells into operation by the supervision on the field activities
Coordinating contractors' activities aimed at preparation for and putting into operation of ESP operated wells
Ensure that ESP contractor activities meets the established deadlines and in line with the specifications and approved Company’s rules
ESP failure reports and final inspection report for the Pulled ESP equipment during and after the POOH of the ESP
Drafting and keeping process documents related to ESP operation of wells and equipment
Develop the technical documents for provision of ESP equipment and services and associated equipment, etc.
ESP failure reports and final inspection report for the Pulled ESP equipment during and after the POOH of the ESP
ESP wells running management including ESP well running life performance, monitoring, analysis, etc.
Managing/communicating vendors involved in completion/workover operation
Requirements & certificates
Bachler Engineering Degree (Preferred Electrical Engineering) or Higher technical qualifications
At least five years of working experience as ESP Supervisor with international major oil companies or international service companies (preferable overseas ESP working experience especially in middle east region)
Major operation of oil and gas field equipment involved the ESP systems like Electrical drive (VSD and MVD) and automation of production plant and process systems (Like SCADA and DCS controls)
Design and optimize ESP installation/workover for oil & water wells also ensuring all the procedure follow the workover program
Preferred age limit; under the age of 50
