Mud and Waste recycling technology Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1.       Supervise drilling fluid performance at the well site, review hydraulic calculations, check equipment and chemicals involved in drilling fluid. Report related work to Drilling Director.

2.       Provide technical measures to improve the overall performance of the drilling fluid system.

3.       Review drilling fluid laboratory test reports and other submissions involving drilling fluids.

4.       Conduct relevant inspections on the contractor's drilling fluid chemicals.

5.       Review the cementing plan, cementing quality evaluation report, relevant cementing mud test report and other submitted materials related to the cementing operation.

6.       Conduct evaluation and technical investigation on cementing failure rate, organize and participate in meetings with contractors, and review detailed remedial plans.

7.       Supervise cementing operations as required; check all cementing calculations required to perform cementing operations, check equipment and chemicals required for cementing operations.

8.       Review the detailed drilling waste disposal and collection service plan, supervise the service process at the well site, and ensure that the entire service complies with relevant laws.

9.       Complete other work arranged by The Client.


Requirements:

1.       Domestic Well Control Certificate, hydrogen sulfide Certificate, CET-4

2.       15 years of relevant work

3.       Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor degree

4.       Under the age of 50
